Comfortable, homey, and sulit

Staff are super friendly

No hot water and during our 3 night stay, 2 nights had no internet but that’s from the internet provider and not the hotel so it’s understandable.

Amazing, beautiful country and warm and welcome people!

Staff were amazing, even upgraded our room as we were staying for so long time and we thought it best that more light was needed for us. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was well presented inside.

We felt that the curb appeal needed a little more work, wasted land at side of hotel we look better if it was cleared and had some plants or something on it instead. Having to come home!! :(

feel safe and helpful

needs to changes their towel more whiter:coz looks like rug!!cant take to use it looks dirt.but all staffs are friendly and helpful.the time i need a assistant a private nurse to move in manila they help us me to find a private nurse for my farther,thats the vey good jod did it for my family!!good job and more power to all of you!! ill be back see you all of you again... thank you so much.. god bless all of you there,,

need to changes their towel from time to time more new and whiter and the drainage in the bathroom goes on the way to the toilet.. so mess!!please check it that so that ur client more comfortable to take a shower ,

The location is really near the Tagbilaran port, you can actually see the port from the hotel window.

They didnt have the room service menu in the room

Clean and convenient

The hotel was right by the ferry dock, which was extremely convenient, and for late ferries, the hotel restaurant was a good place to get a later meal. Clean rooms and friendly staff

Without the courteous staff and good breakfast buffet I will not be giving the hotel a good marks.

The hotel is a new one, staff are courteous and helpful and it is near the port of tagbilaran where we took the ferry to our next stop Cebu.

The room we got had an AC that is not cooling, we requested it to be checked while we went to buy something. When we came back we saw that they replaced the AC and we thought it will cool overnight but it did not. I woke up around 3:00am sweating and I was just wearing a shirt and a short. I checked my wife and she is warm but fortunately not sweating like me. We called and told the reception and they asked if we want to transfer to another room which they did and we got some more sleep before we had our breakfast.

There's no fridge in the room but the staff were very...

There's no fridge in the room but the staff were very helpful in allowing me to store my pumped breastmilk in their kitchen freezer. Location is also just a walking distance from the seaport and other establishments.

They don't have a separate lactation room so unless you can immediately check in, the hotel is not mom-friendly.

Nice comfortalbe Stay!

The hotel is very near the port. Staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer free drop off to the port. Breakfast was normal but enough.

The Aircon was not working properly in our room. We could not move to another room as it was full. The management however replaced the aircon unit promptly...

Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good it's just 7 minutes walk from the pier.

Air-conditioning spoiled on the first night and the maintenance did came to check them out but it happened again the next night. Very frustrating coz we kept waking up in the middle of the night.

If you are a local tourist or businessman don't choose...

If you are a local tourist or businessman don't choose this hotel. I arrived at the property at 12:15 NN with advanced room reservation. The receptionist told me to wait since the official check in time is 2PM. Of course I followed since understood it. However, after a few minutes, an American couple arrived and checked in. They immediately go straight to their rooms after the reservation. At 1:12PM, another group of Korean Tourist arrived at the hotel property. They were asked to fill in the guest folio. In my mind, I guess they will also wait since arrived first. To my dismay, they again immediately given a room key and even assisted them with their luggage's. I was so very upset. However, I decided not to confront the front desk and waited until at around 1: 49PM they allowed me to check in.
